We are an agency dedicated to honoring and responding to the need and choices of peoples with disabilities.

Welcome to our website. Pinnacle Services is an organization that is dedicated to providing services of the highest quality to persons with disabilities and older adults.

Our services are innovative and flexible meeting individual’s design, delivery and level of support.

Are you an employer looking for motivated employees?

Pinnacle Services partners with community employers through our Supported Employment program to help individuals that we serve gain community employment.

We work with employers to provide support and necessary training of employees at no cost to the employer.

The services include but are not limited to:

Applicant screening
Support on-site for consumers, as needed
Training specific to disability types
Continual assessment regarding employee and employer satisfaction
Disability awareness training (The Americans with Disabilities Act)
Identification and acquisition of workplace accommodations
Information about tax incentives
