Q: After I have applied, when can I expect to hear back from a Pinnacle Representative?

A:  After you have applied for one of our open positions, you can expect to hear from either Isha or Rose within 2 business days from the date the application was submitted. You are very welcome to reach out before that time, or at any point in the application process, to check on the status of your application.  We would love to hear from you.

Q: I am interested in several of the employment opportunities currently posted, should I apply to each separately?

A: Good news!  You only need to apply once. On the application you will find a “Notes” section.  You can indicate the positions you are interested in – it is OK to apply for multiple positions. We will call you within 2 business days to discuss your application. During that call we will discuss the various positions you are interested in and those that are currently available.  We will provide you more information about those positions and will jointly determine how you may best fit within our organization. There is no pressure to know exactly what you are looking for. We are here to help.

If you have any questions about matching your experience to one of our positions, please reach out to one of our Human Resources representatives. We would love to take some time to talk about your work history and your professional goals.
