Our Culture

We take the work we do very seriously.

If you are not interested or willing to work hard to make the lives of the people we serve better – you will not be successful here. We also believe you can do great work while having a great time.

Locally owned and operated, contributing to the community in which we live is fundamental to the agency and reflected in the Core Purpose statement of the agency: To support the wellbeing of others and build stronger communities.

culture-1
Pinnacle Services lives this purpose by choosing to work with other Minnesota based businesses as well as contribute to our community through volunteering.  Pinnacle Services management employees have volunteered at Salvation Army Harbor Lights shelter and Toys Shop programs, Feed My Starving Children, Special Olympics, public schools, the Ebenezer independent and assisted living facilities in Minneapolis.

We look for ways to do things better and to find efficiencies.

Since 2010, both Pinnacle Services and Summit Fiscal Agency have utilized LEAN principles, a philosophy created by Toyota that centers on eliminating tasks and activities that don’t add value to an overall process. Our objective is to provide the highest quality services using the most efficient practices. This system has helped us to become more efficient and in turn, we spend more time working   directly with our consumers.

Our most recent team building event provided employees the opportunity to create a variety of crafts which will be displayed throughout our administrative offices.
