Pinnacle Services, Inc. Opens New Customized Living Residences

Pinnacle Services, Inc. is welcoming new residents into the company’s newest apartment building as part of the Customized Living service (formally known as Assisted Living Plus). Immediate openings are available for individuals with CADI and TBI waivers.

The building was acquired earlier this year and is located at 2902 Polk Street NE in northeast Minneapolis tucked alongside a residential community. The building is convenient to public transportation and offers services including assistance with laundry, meal preparation, housekeeping, medication monitoring and skill development.

“We are excited and ready for residents to move in. This building will offer a unique experience for growth for individuals may not have been able to live independently in the past,” said Jill Cihlar, COO of Pinnacle Services.
