Pinnacle Services Expands Supported Employment and Alternative Day Services in Minnesota

Pinnacle Services, Inc., a leader in vocational services, has expanded services in order to reach consumers in all Twin Cities metro counties: Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Washington and Scott. Supported Employment and Alternative Services are provided to consumers with MR/RC, CADI and TBI waivers as well as those funded by county dollars.

Pinnacle Services, Inc. was chosen to expand because of the company’s unique approach to providing Supported Employment Services. Each consumer is treated individually and services are catered to meet all their needs, from job placement to transportation. Job coaches work to help consumers develop specific skills such as: defining a career path, writing a résumé, identifying references and preparing for an interview. This expansion led to the change in the service name to include “alternative services.”

Supported Employment and Alternative Day Services now broadens the scope of Pinnacle Service’s work. Under this new model consumers with an MR/RC waiver can benefit from not only the vocational focus, but also incorporate Personal Support Services into their programming.
