Pinnacle Service Inc. has a need for a Program Manager in Minneapolis, MN. This is a full-time opportunity and the salary is $35,000 annually.

Job Description

In this role you will have the opportunity to supervise staff at our residential site in Minneapolis. This site is unique in that it is an apartment building for residents with mental illness. Each resident resides in a shared, two-bedroom apartment and have access to home health aide staff 24/7. There are nineteen clients at this site, a registered nurse and a solid staff of program counselors.

Program Manager Job Responsibilities:

– Provide supervision and training to staff
– Creating and implementing outcomes and goals
– Maintaining and updating consumer files, ensuring licensing requirements and CARF standards are being met and maintained
– Responsible for scheduling and conducting annual meetings for the consumer living at this location
– Guaranteeing DHS (245D) licensing compliance and overall quality assurance of agency objectives as well as individual consumer programming and team satisfaction
with service and delivery
– Attending team meetings on a monthly basis
– Supporting and assisting consumers with various life and job related goals

Program Manager Job Requirements:

Must meet Designated Managers experience qualifications as defined by 245D:
1) a baccalaureate degree in a field related to human services, and one year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older

(2) an associate degree in a field related to human services, and two years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older;

(3) a diploma in a field related to human services from an accredited postsecondary institution and three years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older; or

(4) a minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities; and

(5) four years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older under the supervision of a staff person who meets the qualifications identified in clauses (1) to (3).

Valid Minnesota Driver’s License with acceptable record required.
