Senior Program Manager Job Description

Pinnacle Services Inc. is seeking a full-time Senior Program Manger! The Senior Program Manger will work with in an apartment style building working with 17 individuals with varying abilities and needs in the residential setting. Responsibilities include supervision and training of staff, oversight of program, assisting with meals and medications, and licensing regulations and requirements. This position functions as the representative and point of contact for families, team members’ and individuals served.

Salary:

$38,000 annually

Program Manager Requirements:

· a baccalaureate degree in a field related to human services, and one year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older;

· an associate degree in a field related to human services, and two years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older;

· a diploma in a field related to human services from an accredited post secondary institution and three years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older; or

· a minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities; and

· four years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older under the supervision of a staff person who meets the qualifications

· Valid Minnesota Driver’s License with acceptable record required.

· Available to work flexible hours and locations.
