I oversee business operations and service delivery to ensure that services meet and exceed industry standards. I want to make the lives of those around me better and I enjoy working for Pinnacle because we’re always looking for ways to improve our services.

Case Management Administrator

I oversee our case management department, ensuring we are helping people receive services they need to be as independent as possible. I love seeing our clients’ successes in their homes and workplaces. Pinnacle offers a great, collaborative environment for employees!

RN Manager

I coordinate home care services for clients in need who want to stay as independent as possible while staying in their own home. I enjoy helping people keep their independence at home and in the community.

Case Management Supervisor

I support our case managers and case manager captains, ensuring they demonstrate best practices and serve individuals to the best of their ability. I also coordinate our county contracts. I enjoy Pinnacle’s person-centered focus and our culture of encouraging one another to succeed.

Amy Kallevig-Witherspoon

Case Management Supervisor

I am the case management supervisor for our Ramsey, Anoka and Wright County contracts. I enjoy this position because I love being part of the growth and coaching that occurs in the individuals we serve.

Alexa Chouinard

Case Management Supervisor

I oversee and train the employees onboarding into our case management department. I help professionals learn case management systems, servers and guidelines. I enjoy helping employees identify their personal career development goals.
