We provide top level services to our consumers through in-home care, assisted living, case management and other supportive programs. Pinnacle Services is an innovative agency experiencing rapid growth in the Case Management department. We are looking for a Case Manager Consultant with their LICSW to come in and help provide licensure supervision and consultative support to new case managers entering the waiver services and health plan care coordination work. The Case Manager Consultant would provide individual and group licensure supervision. Hours may vary depending on agency needs but we would guess they would approximate up to 4 hours per week. Applicants must be a Social Worker licensed by the Minnesota Board of Social Work with their LICSW and must be deemed eligible to provide licensure supervision. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record as determined by Pinnacle Services policy. Applicants must have a vehicle that is covered with current insurance. Applicants must successfully clear local and/or stated background checks.

Preferred Qualifications: Three years’ experience in service coordination or case management is preferred, but not required.
